Single Drum Type Magnetic Separator :

Working principal and magnetic system:

The Permanent Magnet Combine consists of a static magnetic field consisting of a single line and a permanent magnetic field across the entire diameter of the drum, which works better than half of the drum circle as shown in the figure above.

The shell of the drum is made of stainless steel that surrounds the magnetic field. As the supplies fed evenly from the chute fall onto the drum, a strong magnet, the field attracts and holds the metal particles in the rotating shell. As the rotating shell carries metal particles in a magnetic field, the non-magnetic object falls freely into the shell while the metal particles are held firmly until they are carried beyond the separator and out of the magnetic field.

The maximum strength of a permanent magnet is guaranteed to be greater than the corresponding electric drum. Permanent magnets are used by permanent magnets and their strength does not decrease during normal use and can be used long after installation.
