Jaykrishna Magnetics Pvt. Ltd recently designed and developed a high-density magnetic sand separation system for automatic sand-free metal sanding. This magnetic separation system is a combination of an overhead magnet separator and a magnetic drum pulley. It also has a vibrating server that distributes and delivers equipment to a strong magnetic separator.

The magnetic separation system is embedded in the material extraction. The first magnetic drum pulley is inserted into the transmitter that removes the magnetic contents and the material falls into the vibration server from where the core will go to the magnet separator. The overband magnetic separator is designed in such a way that the floating magnetic particles will be removed from the magnetic separator that rests on the belt and will release at the end of the magnetic separator belt.
