Eddy Current Separator For Rubber Tire And Scrap Recycling

Product recycling is a new word buzz in the industrial markets of the USA, Europe and India. Over the years many large companies such as Apple, Coca-cola and many others are reaping huge profits from recycling. We have built the most current eddy dividers in the recycling industry. Eddy current separators are used to separate non-ferrous metals in the product stream.

The rubber recycling industry is setting up several new benchmarks every day. Rubber tires are a major source of waste. Reinstalling of rubber tires is a process of recycling of dirty tires that will not be used in the future. Rubber tires are not environmentally friendly due to their high durability and corrosive properties.

What is the real story?

Statistically, nearly a billion discarded tires are in stock. Rubber recycling is a much-needed industry in Europe as well. Keep all these states and the number of products in mind, Jaykrishna Magnetics Pvt. Ltd. has especially improved the high quality of Eddy Current Separator which is a very suitable product for the recycling of rubber residues.

Why is this important?

Our current eddy separator is used for disposing of discarded tires and recycling to separate the non-ferrous metal from product distribution. The rubber recycling industry, the discarded rubber industry and the recycling of rubber tires can take huge advantage over our magnetic separators.

Salient Features:

  • Increase recovery of heavy non-ferrous metals.
  • Low maintenance
  • High strength
  • No loss of valuable materials
  • Solid structure with anti vibration pads

Rubber scrap recycling industries can take an advantage of our eddy current separators and all the magnetic separators which are designed for the recycling industries. Our magnetic separators are designed to deliver the best separation in every condition.

How it actually works!

Our current Eddy separator consists of a belt drive with a magnetic strap on the head. During operation, the magnetic field rotates at high speeds and creates eddy current. When non-damaged metals reach their magnetic drum they push the material out due to eddy current and the remaining incoming material falling to the ground freely.

Here’s the deal:

Jaykrishna Magnetics Pvt. Ltd. offers a wide range of eddy current separators with a concentric and eccentric model.
