Today in this post we will be sharing our two most efficient machines installed in the well-known plastic recycling facility in Surat. Jaykrishna Magnetics Pvt. Ltd. they are very happy to announce that we have recently installed the current eddy separator and vibrating feeder in the famous Surat recycling plant of Surat.


As you can see in the picture above the eddy current separators machine is mounted on a recycling glass plant. Our machine has an unusually strong magnetic field to reverse aluminum and other non-ferrous metals in the stream of recycled plastic product.

Our machine has 2 vibration servers for effective partitioning process in the plant. It has a very high degree of separation process that can work 24 * 7, 365 days on any plants.

We have also installed a vibratory feeder in a plastic recycling plant. Our vibratory feeder is used to feed the material in the processing line. As you can vibratory feeder use the vibration to feed the material.


Our machine has high vibration engines to produce vibrations. We are very happy to inform you that after installing this machine our client is very happy with the performance of both machines.
