Eddy current separator:

We use rare earth magnets in our current eddy separator to separate magnetic impurities and glass debris. It completely separates aluminum, copper, copper and other stainless steel and glass debris.

Working Principle:

In the eddy current separator there is a short sender belt with its drive located at the end of the return and a high-speed rotor system installed at the end of the output. The magnetic field, located inside the non-ferrous metal drum, rotates at high speed during operation while the outer drum cover rotates at the speed of the eddy currents conveyor belt.

As the rotor rotates at these higher speeds then electrical power is generated in the conductor. The generated electricity produces a magnetic field, which opposes the field created by the rotor, expelling the steering irons over the pre-set separating plate. Residues such as plastic, glass, and other recyclable dry matter will suddenly fall on the floor, separating them from the cast metal.
