ZORBA is a grade of aluminum which means it is softer than regular aluminum and is found mainly in the disposal of cars and vehicles. Jaykrishna Magnetics Pvt. Ltd. has been a pioneer in the recycling industry since 1978. We have created a special production line that meets all the requirements from the complete separation of the material to the remnants of small dust. This line is specially designed for our highly trained Jaykrishna Magnetics design specialist. First, we work on things like these; to know the requirements of the flow line, object testing, and the components of the separation that need to be performed.
Then most of Zorba's recycled lines consist of 4 sections:
1. Hopper:
A large-scale stainless steel hopper is provided in a line with 2 powerful motor vibrational horses. This hopper is responsible for controlling the flow of the process and also managing the number of add-ons in the next process.
2. Conveyor Delts:
The whole process revolves around these machines, as there are 3 of them in it. It plays a major role in transporting fluid from one machine to another and keeps the line moving. Many conveyors are provided and the speed can be adjusted manually.
3. Magnetic Drum:
A large-capacity
magnetic Drum is used to separate ferrous/magnetic earth objects that come forward in the flow line such as dirt. This machine has state-of-the-art technology used to remove about 99% of impurities in your product line and to keep it clean for continuous operation.
4. Density Ring separator:
This machine is a large cylinder connected to a high torque motor shaft. This cylinder has holes of different sizes (mm) according to material requirements. This cylinder when the material arrives inside rotates in a straight line leading to the separation of the flow lines according to its size. This process is really important as it can easily handle particle sizes and provide a clean and finished product.
5. Eddy Current Separator:
Last and perhaps the most important equipment in every line, the current eddy separator is a powerful weight that separates all non-ferrous Zorba from impurities such as plastic and silicon. This machine uses the current eddy effect that is produced by our current eddy rotor, which bumps the aluminum particles through a repulsive force.
